From the beginning he met with us to give a a thorough presentation on the home buying process which was great and needed as we were 1st time home buyers. He responds quickly when contacted with questions and is very honest. He helped us purchase our 1st home during the Covid pandemic. We would recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a home.

I found him to be extremely competent and professional. My property had some issues, and Steve went above and beyond, liaising routinely (off-hours) with the buyer's broker until the deal was consummated. After this experience, I would see no reason to utilize another broker for any future real estate transactions.

Steve and his team were amazing to work with. I didn't know anyone in the state of NY, and in Steve, I found an agent 100% committed to our needs and process. To say he went above and beyond the call of duty does not begin to capture his work ethic. There was zero pressure, a completely transparent and honest communication style, and he was there for us 7 days a week. It could not have been a better experience. But luckily, Stephen Zondorak was recommended to us. He was so patient with us and explained everything so well and very knowledgeable. He was always available when we had questions and made the entire process stress-free and we couldn’t be happier and his Team, Tameka, Mike(the Lender) and Attorney Bill are very knowledgeable also, in just 3 weeks we are able to closed from the time we signed the contract. In the time I worked with him, he was always responsive to any questions I had. He made the process seem so easy even though it felt like forever due to the high demand. I wouldn't recommend anyone besides him.

I was fortunate not to ignore that phone call from Astor Realty Lane last year in March 2022. I had spent hundreds of hours surfing the web for a Co-op or Condominium that had all the amenities I wanted. Stephen and Malika of Astor Lane Realty showed patience with me as I visited numerous Condos but the homes didn't have the wow factor for me. I didn't just want to settle in a place that was beneficial for me but I wanted my new home to have the Home appeal for my daughter as well. Stephen was not pushy in any way to buy but I was dealing with purchasing a home while the Federal interest rates were skyrocketing. I had viewed and took interest for several homes that were on shown on the Internet for sale but unfortunately had final bids or were already sold. Luck came my way around May when one of those Condos that were "off" the market came back on the market. I told Stephen and he immediately worked with the other realtor for us to make an offer the Condo located in Suffern, NY. All my prayers were answered. The owner accepted my offer and I was moving into my dream home by mid June. I was fortunate in finding this Condo in my preferred location and with all the amenities. God is good to me for pointing me to the direction of Astor Lane Realty.
