“Stephen and his team assisted me in finding my dream Condo. I was fortunate not to ignore that phone call from Astor Realty Lane last year in March 2022. I had spent hundreds of hours surfing the web for a Co-op or Condominium that had all the amenities I wanted. Stephen and Malika of Astor Lane Realty showed patience with me as I visited numerous Condos but the homes didn't have the wow factor for me. I didn't just want to settle in a place that was beneficial for me but I wanted my new home to have the Home appeal for my daughter as well. Stephen was not pushy in any way to buy but I was dealing with purchasing a home while the Federal interest rates were skyrocketing.
